Faith Christian Academy will inspire and equip students to use their unique gifts to passionately represent Christ.

The foundation of our philosophy of preparing students for life after high school is established in our vision statement. We hold ourselves accountable to our families that their children will be prepared to impact the world for Christ.

How We Fulfill Our Mission

At Faith Christian, we believe that education includes developing the whole person, so students are prepared to be successful in life.

“Pursuing excellence in education”

  • Strong commitment to excellence with high standards and challenge all students to achieve their highest potential, as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23)
  • Be sensitive to meet the individual needs of students by differentiating the curriculum relative to the student’s unique gifts and talents
  • Present concepts in the context of real problems and the analysis of significant issues through problem-solving strategies, critical thinking and reasoned application, and by leading whole group discussions by modeling the kind of thinking required

  • Provide a curriculum informed by God’s biblical principles as the ultimate source of truth and thoroughly integrate a Biblical worldview of life and creation in all academic disciplines
  • Build up students to articulate and defend the Christian worldview, while understanding opposing worldviews, enabling students to think critically and creatively, using God’s word
  • Encourage and strengthen faith by example, study, and experience through the student’s focus on Jesus Christ, Who alone is the source of life, wisdom, and eternal salvation (Psalm 25:4-5)

Spiritual

  • Learning should lead to true wisdom, and the personal development of God-pleasing attitudes, values, priorities, and goals
  • Discover and embrace God’s physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and creative design and purpose; understanding that their vocational work is an expression of the nature and attributes of God

Creative

  • Provide extra-curricular activities including athletics, fine arts, technology, leadership and various clubs which are integral to the total educational experience

Intellectual

  • Develop a commitment to life-long learning, and possess the skills to inquire, logically solve problems, and make wise decisions that lead to healthy personal relationships in all areas of life
  • Demonstrate academic competence in all disciplines in preparation to be skillful contributors in the workplace

  • Encourage students’ growth in their relationship with Jesus, God-pleasing attitudes, values, and activities that will help them to become active unifying members in the body of Christ, godly examples at home and in the workplace, providing a clear testimony of voluntary submission to God’s claims on their lives. 
  • Appreciate all of God’s creation, respect and extend biblical hospitality to others, including those from different cultures, and impacting their generation through love and service 
  • Practice responsible stewardship of time, talents, and resources in ways that glorify God and impact their world for Christ
